OVERVIEW
A major burden behind Ekballo International is that people would not simply hear the Gospel, but be personally discipled and established in their faith. The Discipleship Collective is our strategic commitment to walk with people from an encounter with Jesus to ongoing transformation. We believe true fruitfulness is found in daily personal encounters with God and the discovery of one's God-given purpose. This initiative bridges the gap between the crusade field and the local community.
THE CHALLENGE
In many nations, there is a "discipleship vacuum". New believers often experience a life-changing encounter but are left without the tools, mentorship, or community needed to sustain it.
Without personal accompaniment, the "fire" of an encounter can easily fade. We refuse to settle for just numbers or decisions; we are burdened by the need to see people established in lasting faith and walking in their destiny within a community of believers.
THE DEPTH
Success in the Collective is measured by the spiritual maturity and the "sent" nature of those we walk with. We invest in the long-term health of the believer, knowing that a discipled person becomes a laborer for the next harvest.
