OVERVIEW
Project Japan is a strategic initiative centered on the "Ekballo" mandate: to see laborers equipped and thrust into one of the world's most significant spiritual frontiers. With less than 1% of the population having an encounter with Jesus, Japan represents a critical harvest field that requires more than just a visit it requires the establishment of lasting communities of faith. Our goal is to move from initial witness to personal discipleship and ongoing transformation.

THE CHALLENGE
Billions across the nations still have little to no access to the Gospel, but Japan presents a unique complexity of deep-rooted secularism and spiritual isolation. In many regions, there is not only a need for bold evangelism but a severe lack of discipleship infrastructure to walk with new believers after their first encounter.
The harvest in Japan won't wait, yet the laborers are few. The challenge is bridging the gap between a moment of salvation and a lifetime of purpose within a healthy local community.
THE TARGET
Ekballo International is committed to a measurable, relational presence in Japan. Our strategy involves personal accompaniment and strengthening local believers to reach their own people, ensuring that ministry flows from intimacy with God rather than human effort.
